The Department of Environmental Protection has scheduled a hearing [if needed] on December 4 on the RACT II Air Quality Plan for International Metals Reclamation Company located in Ellwood City, Lawrence County. (Oct. 26 PA Bulletin, page 6400)

The hearing will be held at the DEP Northwest Regional Office, 230 Chestnut Street in Meadville starting at 10:00 a.m.

Contact Tom Decker at 814-332-6615 to pre-register to provide comments by November 25.  DEP may cancel the hearing if there is no one registered to provide comments.
