The Department of Environmental Protection has scheduled a hearing [if needed] on December 17 for the RACT II Air Quality Plan for Allegheny & Tsingshan Stainless located in Midland Borough, Beaver County. (Oct. 26 PA Bulletin, page 6399)

The hearing will be held at the DEP Southwest Regional Office, 400 Waterfront Drive in Pittsburgh staring at 10:00 a.m.

Contact Thomas Joseph at 412-442-4336 to pre-register to provide comments by November 26.  DEP may cancel the hearing if there is no one registered to provide comments.
