Regulations -----------------------

No new regulations were published this week.  Pennsylvania Bulletin - October 26, 2019

Technical Guidance ------------------- 

Formal publication of Gov. Wolf’s Executive Order direct DEP to join the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative in the October 26 PA Bulletin.

Permits ------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the October 26 PA Bulletin of the approval of Emission Reduction Credits. (PA Bulletin page 6441)

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published 2 notices in the October 26 PA Bulletin, one on water sources registered under the SRBC grandfather program and a list of water projects approved in September.

Note: The Department of Environmental Protection published 59 pages of public notices related to proposed and final permit and approval/ disapproval actions in the October 26 PA Bulletin - pages 6388 to 6447.
