The Department of Environmental Protection invites comments on a proposed State Implementation Plan revision of the Altoona Air Quality Maintenance Plan for ozone.  (formal notice)

DEP has scheduled a hearing for December 6 [if needed] to accept comments on the Plan at the DEP Southcentral Regional Office, 909 Elmerton Avenue in Harrisburg starting at 10:00 a.m.

To request to testify contact Amanda Rodriguez by calling 717-787-9702 or send email to: amarodrigu@pa.gov by December 2.  If no one has expressed interest in testifying, DEP will cancel the hearing.
