The Environmental Quality Board is scheduled to meet on November 19 to consider four agenda items-- -- Proposed Changes To Land Recycling Program Administration Regulation -- Final Surface Coal Mining Federal Consistency Regulation Changes -- Final Changes To Triennial Review of Water Quality Standards -- Final Changes To Water Quality Toxics Management Strategy The meeting will be held in Room 105 of the Rachel Carson Building in Harrisburg starting at 9:00.
