The Department of Environmental Protection published notices in the November 9 PA Bulletin inviting public comments on proposed State Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions involving Ozone Reduction Maintenance Plans for Erie, Franklin and Greene Counties.

Erie County

DEP has scheduled a hearing on the Erie County plan for December 13 at the DEP  Northwest Regional Office, 230 Chestnut Street in Meadville starting at 10:00 a.m.

If by Noon on December 9, 2019, no person has expressed an interest in testifying at the hearing, the hearing will be canceled. (formal notice)

DEP has scheduled a hearing on the Franklin County plan for December 13 at the DEP Southcentral Regional Office, 909 Elmerton Avenue in Harrisburg starting at 10:00 a.m.
