Regulations -----------------------

The Fish and Boat Commission published notices in the November 23 PA Bulletin related to: Additions to the list of Class A Wild Trout Waters; Classification of Wild Trout Stream Additions (October); Classification of Wild Trout Streams Proposed Additions & Revisions (January); and Proposed changes to list of Class A Wild Trout Waters (January).

Technical Guidance -------------------

There was no new technical guidance published this week.

Permits ------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the November 23 PA Bulletin the per acre Reclamation Fee for 2020 will be $100 per acre (PA Bulletin, page 7033).  Since 2010, the Reclamation Fee has been $0.00, except for calendar year 2016 when it was $100 per acre.  Click Here for a copy of the Reclamation Fee Fiscal Year Report used as a basis for setting the 2020 fee.
