Susquehanna River Basin Commission OKs 2020 Fees With No Increases

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission met December 5 and adopted changes to its 2020 fee schedule which eliminates and consolidates certain fees, and contains no fee increases.

The voting Commissioners and alternates were:  Aneca Atkinson, Chair, Deputy Secretary, Office of Water Programs, Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection; Paul D’Amato, Director, Region 8, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation; Amy Guise, Chief, Planning Division, Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; and Suzanne Dorsey, Assistant Secretary, Maryland Department of the Environment.

The next scheduled business meeting will be March 13.  A hearing on items on the agenda for that meeting will be held on February 6.  Click Here for the SRBC Meetngs & Events listing.
