DEP Invites Comments On Mariner East Pipeline Chapter 102/105 Permit Revisions For Construction In Chester, Delaware Counties

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the December 14 PA Bulletin that Energy Transfer/Sunoco submitted complete Chapter 102 (Erosion & Sedimentation) and Chapter 105 (Water Obstruction & Encroachment) proposed permit revisions for portions of the pipeline route in Chester and Delaware counties (PA Bulletin page 7361).

The sections of the Mariner East Pipeline route affected by the modifications include portions in Upper Uwchlan and West Whiteland townships in Chester County and Middletown Township in Delaware County.

DEP will be accepting comments on the revision for the next 30 days.
