Hurricane Ivan shut down Harrisburg’s largest industry – State Government—Monday delaying the Senate’s return to full session for the first time since July 4 by one day. But by Tuesday they were moving lobbyist disclosure legislation, applying modern voting standards to the 2004 election and acting on gobs of bills in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
