The Department of Environmental Protection is inviting comments on the Chapter 102 Erosion and Sedimentation Control General Permit for the Leidy South Natural Gas Pipeline Project route through Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Luzerne and Schuylkill Counties.  (Jan. 4 PA Bulletin page 105)

Comments will be accepted through February 3.
