The Susquehanna River Basin Commission, Northumberland County Conservation District, PA Environmental Council and the PA Resources Council are seeking qualified candidates to fill these four positions-- Susquehanna River Basin Commission Hydrogeologist The Susquehanna River Basin Commission is seeking qualified individuals to fill a hydrogeologist position. Applications are due February 16. Qualifications include being a Pennsylvania licensed geologist or geologist in training (GIT) for a full time position in the Regulatory Project Review Program in its Harrisburg. Northumberland Conservation District Erosion & Sediment Technician The Northumberland County Conservation District is seeking qualified candidates to fill an Erosion and Sediment Technician position. The Technician is responsible for the review of E&S Control Plans, E&S Permits, National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permits, Dam Safety and Waterway Permits (Chapter 105), and will administer the Dirt, Gravel, and Low Volume Roads program. The Communications Coordinator is an entry-level, full-time exempt position based in PEC's Pittsburgh Office. The Coordinator is responsible for daily management of PEC’s external communications channels including websites, social media, and email marketing; contributes to conception and development of original content; and provides technical and operational support for communications activities statewide.
