3 More Plants Added To Noxious Weed List By Controlled Plant & Noxious Weed Committee

On January 23, the Department of Agriculture’s Controlled Plant and Noxious Weed Committee added three more plants to the noxious weed list.  (formal notice)

The plants include--

-- Reynoutria japonica (Japanese knotweed)

-- Reynoutria sachalinensis (Giant knotweed)

-- Reynoutria x bohemica (Bohemian knotweed)

The addition of the previously listed plants to the controlled plants and noxious weeds list will become effective 60 days from publication of this notice.
