The Chesapeake Bay Foundation is now accepting entries for the 2020 Save The Bay Photo Contest. The deadline for entries is March 31. CBF invites amateur and professional photographers to submit photos showcasing the beauty and resilience of the Chesapeake Bay, its rivers and streams, and wildlife. What is it about Pennsylvania's rivers, streams and wildlife in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed that inspires you or makes you proud to call the Commonwealth home? Capture it and win a cash prize: First Prize is $500, Second Prize is $250, Third Prize is $150 and Viewer's Choice is $100. A panel of CBF employees will judge entries on subject matter, composition, focus, lighting, uniqueness, and impact to award First through Third Prizes. The public will then have the opportunity to vote online for their favorite photo in the Viewers' Choice Gallery. All winners will also receive a one-year CBF membership, and their credited photos will be displayed in various CBF publications such as the website, Save the Bay magazine, emails, and social media. The photo awarded First Prize will be featured in CBF's 2021 calendar. Click Here for all the details.
