Funding Available To Support Community Vegetable Gardens In Allegheny County

The Western PA Conservancy reminded individuals involved in community food gardens managed by schools, neighborhood organizations, shelters and religious institutions can apply for support through the Community Garden Sustainability Fund.

The deadline for applications is April 1.

The Program-- administered in partnership with Grow Pittsburgh-- can help community food gardens with seeds, compost, tools or technical assistance.
