DEP Issues Water Quality Certification For Adelphia Pipeline Project

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the March 14 PA Bulletin it has issued the Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the Adelphia Gateway Natural Gas Pipeline Project.  (PA Bulletin page 1618)

The pipeline route travels through Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks and Northampton counties.
