The Coalition for the Delaware River Watershed is hosting a new webinar series on the regulatory framework for municipal stormwater management in Pennsylvania. The series will focus on regulatory drivers of stormwater management in Pennsylvania, with an overview of how stormwater is addressed federally under the Clean Water Act, followed by a detailed look at the history and requirements of Pennsylvania’s Stormwater Management Act (Act 167) and Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit program.
