The Department of Community and Economic Development will hold a virtual hearing April 22 on the proposed Weatherization Assistance Program Plan starting at 3:00 p.m. (formal notice)

Individuals can join the hearing by phone or via Skype.  Click Here for instructions.

A copy of the proposed Plan will be posted on DCED’s Weatherization Assistance webpage beginning April 10. Questions should be directed to 717-425-7595.
