Wildwood Park and the Olewine Nature Center in Dauphin County will host a Kids Discover: Pollinators Program on the county Facebook page May 30.

What is the difference between a butterfly and a moth? What other types of pollinators are there? Learn the answers to these questions plus much more while exploring the life cycle, anatomy and different species of butterflies that call Pennsylvania home.

Videos, pictures, and activities from a park Naturalist will be posted as part of this program.

At the end of the online program, journey outside with an adult to collect your own pollinators to observe and release.

Visit the Dauphin County Facebook events page to learn more details when they are posted.

For more information on programs, activities and the facilities, visit the Wildwood Park and the Olewine Nature Center website.
