Ezra Thrush, Director of Government Affairs for PennFuture, and Katie Blume, Political Director for Conservation Voters of Pennsylvania, will give an overview of the budgetary process, point out the environmental priorities, and discuss how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the budget.
