In 1984 the Seeleys began the process of converting their farm to sustainable practices to improve the quality of their food products and their quality of life.

Kim Seeley, a graduate of Penn State, runs the Milky Way Dairy Farm with his father Lewis and is an active member of the Pennsylvania Alliance for Sustainable Agriculture.
