The Game Commission published a revised Executive Order on redesignating Chronic Wasting Disease Disease Management Areas in Pennsylvania in the June 13 PA Bulletin.

Technical Guidance -------------------

No new technical guidance was published this week.

Permits ------------

PennVEST and DEP published a notice in the June 13 PA Bulletin of environmental assessments approved for PennVEST project funding consideration.

PennVEST and DEP published a notice in the June 13 PA Bulletin correcting notice of Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund 2020 Intended Use Plans available for comment.

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the June 13 PA Bulletin of changes to the list of companies certified to perform radon-related activities (PA Bulletin, page 2982)
