The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the June 27 PA Bulletin (page 3169) inviting comments on Total Maximum Daily Load Watershed Plans for two watersheds in Berks, Chester and Lancaster counties--
-- Peters Creek Watershed, Lancaster County; and
-- Pine Creek Watershed, Berks and Chester counties.
Comments are due July 27. Questions should be directed to Scott Heidel, DEP Water Quality Specialist, by sending email to scheidel@pa.gov or call 717-772-5647.
