Regulations -----------------------

The Environmental Quality Board published the final-omitted Hazardous Waste Generator regulation changes in the July 18 PA Bulletin.

Technical Guidance -------------------

The Public Utility Commission published an amended Policy Statement on Diversity at Major Jurisdictional Utilities in the July 18 PA Bulletin.

Permits ------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notices in the July 18 PA Bulletin accepting comments on federal consistency determinations under the federal Coastal Zone Management Act for several projects-- Civic Substation In Philadelphia, Fairmont Waterworks Floating Classroom Project, Port Access Project in Erie, Rehabilitation of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive Bridge in Philadelphia and Tidewater Rehabilitation and Design at Girard Point Facility in Philadelphia.  Comments are due August 3.
