Pennsylvania Bulletin - August 15, 2020 Technical Guidance ------------------- No new technical guidance was published this week. Permits ------------ DEP’s State Board for Certification of Sewage Enforcement Officers has rescheduled its certification examinations for the remainder of 2020. Click here for the new exam schedule. The Fish and Boat Commission published notices in the August 15 PA Bulletin inviting comments on proposed additions to list of Wild Trout Streams and to list of Class A Wild Trout Waters. Note: The Department of Environmental Protection published 47 pages of public notices related to proposed and final permit and approval/ disapproval actions in the August 15 PA Bulletin - pages 4146 to 4193.
