DCNR Accepting Comments On Wild Resource Conservation Program Funding Allocations

The DCNR Wild Resource Conservation Program is now accepting public comments on funding allocations under the Wild Resource Conservation Fund Program. (formal notice)

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in-person hearings are not taking place. Therefore, the Department will accept written comments only.

The deadline for comments is September 11.  Comments should be sent to: RA-WRCP@pa.gov or in hard copy to: Wild Resource Conservation Program, Rachel Carson State Office Building, P.O. Box 8552, Harrisburg, PA 17105-8552.

Grant Applications Due

On July 28, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Secretary Cindy Adams Dunn announced the Wild Resource Conservation Grant Program will accept applications for grants to protect the state’s native biodiversity until September 25.  Read more here.
