Here are highlights of actions taken by agencies on environmental regulations, technical guidance and permits. Regulations ----------------------- No new regulations were published this week. Pennsylvania Bulletin - August 29, 2020 Technical Guidance ------------------- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the August 29 PA Bulletin of the availability of draft Guidelines for Development Of operator Pressure Barrier Policy for Unconventional Wells [DEP ID: 800-0810-003] for public comment. Comments are due September 28. Questions should be directed to Harry Wise at hwise@pa.gov or 717-772-0219. Permits ------------ The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notices in the August 29 PA Bulletin on: grandfathered water use registrations, and projects approved for consumptive use of water in July, projects approved for minor modifications of water use in July. Note: The Department of Environmental Protection published 58 pages of public notices related to proposed and final permit and approval/ disapproval actions in the August 29 PA Bulletin - pages 4400 to 4458.
