The Department of Environmental Protection posted a notice on its Alerts webpage in August announcing it has updated its General Information Form (GIF) used to facilitate coordination between different types of permit or authorization applications for the same project.

The updated form and instructions can be found in DEP’s eLibrary: GIF forms.

Applicants should begin using the updated form immediately.  Older versions will be accepted only through September 30, 2020.
