Regulations -----------------------

The Environmental Quality Board published notice in the September 26 PA Bulletin of proposed regulations eliminating Stage II gasoline vapor recovery requirements for gasoline stations and adding a vapor leak monitoring requirement for small gasoline storage tanks for public comment.

Pennsylvania Bulletin - September 26, 2020

Technical Guidance -------------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published a notice in the September 26 PA Bulletin inviting comments on the draft Water Quality Assessment Methodology for the 2022 Integrated Water Quality Monitoring and Assessment Report.

Permits ------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the September 26 PA Bulletin for certification amendment requests under the Nutrient Credit Trading Program involving the Lycoming County Conservation District.

DEP published notice in the September 26 PA Bulletin on changes to the list of businesses certified to perform radon-related activities in the state (PA Bulletin, page 5320).
