Governor’s Office Posts Updated Agency-By-Agency Regulatory Agenda

The Governor’s Office published an updated agency by agency Regulatory Agenda showing regulations in development and an approximate timeline for action in the October 3 PA Bulletin.

A few highlights for DEP--

-- Proposed Conventional Oil & Gas Well Drilling Environmental Standards - 2nd Quarter 2021

-- Proposed Waste & Related Issues at Conventional Oil & Gas Wells- 2nd Quarter 2021

-- Proposed NPDES Combined Sewer Overflows- 1st Quarter 2021

-- Proposed Chapter 105 Waterway Management- 1st Quarter 2021

-- Final Water Quality Chapter 91 & 92 Permit Fee Increases- 1st Quarter 2021

-- Proposed Changes To Clean Vehicles/ZEV Program- 3rd Quarter 2021

The Department of Environmental Protection publishes its own more extensive Regulatory Agenda showing regulations in development last updated  and a Non-Regulatory Agenda showing the status of technical guidance in development both last updated in July.
