The Department of Environmental Protection invites comments on two Air Quality permits related to the Shell Ethane Plant in Beaver County in the October 3 PA Bulletin.

The first is proposing to make “as-built” changes needed to the previous Air Quality permit issued for the Ethane Plant (Bulletin page 5504)

The second is a new permit covering the installation and temporary operation of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6)-insulated high voltage equipment (Bulletin page 5503).
