The Public Utility Commission is now accepting public comments through an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, regarding the replacement of an existing PUC policy statement with regulations intended to more comprehensively address water loss in public utility water systems across the Commonwealth.  (formal notice)  Click Here for more on the advanced notice.

The Department Of Agriculture’s  Controlled Plant And Noxious Weed Committee published notice in the October 10 PA Bulletin it is accepting comments on the proposed addition of seven plants to noxious plant list.  Click Here for more on the agenda.
