PA Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program Accepting Applications Starting Nov. 2

The Department of Human Services will begin accepting applications for the FY 2020-21 Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program

The income eligibility limits this year begins for a one person household at $19,140 and for each additional person in the household add $6,720.

There are three ways to apply For LIHEAP--

-- Online through the COMPASS website.

-- On Paper by downloading a paper application and returning it to the local county assistance office;

-- In-Person visit the local county assistance office.
