Here are highlights of actions taken by agencies on environmental regulations, technical guidance and permits.

Regulations -----------------------

No new regulations published.   Pennsylvania Bulletin - October 24, 202. 

Technical Guidance -------------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the October 24 PA Bulletin announcing the withdrawal of a proposed Environmental Justice Public Participation Policy technical guidance saying it went “beyond enhancing public outreach during the permit review process.”

Permits ------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the October 24 PA Bulletin of changes to the list of companies certified to perform radon-related activities (page 5918).

The Department of Labor and Industry published notice in the October 24 PA Bulletin it has received an application for a liquefied petroleum gas facility with a capacity of 540,000 gallons in Sinking Springs, Berks County.
