Volunteers Needed To Plant 1,000 Trees In Riparian Buffer At Cherry Valley National Wildlife Refuge, Monroe County

The Brodhead Chapter of Trout Unlimited is looking for volunteers to help plant 1,000 trees and install 200 tree shelters in a riparian buffer at the Cherry Valley National Wildlife Refuge near Stroudsburg, Monroe County on November 22. Diggle Bars, Shovels, Flat bladed digging bar, and small (3 pound) sledge hammers (for installing the tree shelters) would be appropriate tools. Please have a face covering for when Social distancing is not feasible. This is a rain or shine event so dress for the weather.
