The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the November 14 PA Bulletin announcing a December 10 virtual hearing if needed on the RACT II Air Quality Plan for INDSPEC Chemical facility in Petrolia Borough, Butler County starting at 1:00 p.m.  (PA Bulletin page 6435)

Persons wishing to present testimony should contact Tom Decker, 230 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335, thomadecke@pa.gov or 814-332-6615 to reserve a time.

If by 12:00 p.m. on December 3, 2020, no person has expressed an interest in testifying, the hearing will be canceled.
