Regulations -----------------------

No new regulations published this week.  Pennsylvania Bulletin - November 21, 2020

Technical Guidance -------------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the November 21 PA Bulletin the per acre reclamation fee for 2021 will be $100 per acre, no change from 2020.

Permits ------------

The Game Commission published notice in the November 21 PA Bulletin of an executive order establishing a Chronic Wasting Disease Containment Zone Permit for the 2020/21 hunting license year to authorize increased harvest of deer in designated CWD containment zones in addition to existing allocations and bag limits.

The Fish and Boat Commission published notices in the November 21 PA Bulletin on proposed revisions to the list Wild Trout Streams and proposed changes to list of Class A Wild Trout Waters.

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice in the November 21 PA Bulletin listing grandfathered water withdrawal registrations.
