Here are highlights of actions taken by agencies on environmental regulations, technical guidance and permits.

Regulations -----------------------

The Environmental Quality Board invites comments on proposed changes to the Chapter 105 Waterways Management permit regulations, one of the most basic permits all development must have in the state.  (formal notice)

Pennsylvania Bulletin - December 5, 2020

Technical Guidance -------------------

The Fish and Boat Commission published notice in the December 5 PA Bulletin of proposed changes to the policy for stocking Class A Wild Trout Streams.  Comments are due by December 4.

Permits ------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the December 5 PA Bulletin it is extending the annual report deadline for concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) under NPDES General Permit PAG-12 to February 15.

DEP also said it is extending the deadline for submitting the Notice of Intent installment permit fee payment under NPDES General Permit PAG-12 to February 15

DEP published notice in the December 5 PA Bulletin of proposed conditional Section 401 certification of PA State Programmatic General Permit 6 (PASPGP-6) for public comments.  Comments are due January 4.

DEP published notice in the December 5 PA Bulletin of a proposed federal consistency determination under the Coastal Zone Management Act for Building 546 at the Philadelphia Navy Yard.
