DEP Hosts Dec. 15 Webinar On Transitioning To New ePermitting System For Oil & Gas Well Permits

The Department of Environmental Protection will host a December 15 webinar on transitioning to the new ePermitting application for oil and gas well permits starting at 1:30 p.m. Effective January 1, 2021, DEP will discontinue the use of the eWell application and transition solely over to ePermitting. This one and a half hour long webinar will review the ePermitting application submission process and functionality with respect to oil and gas well permit applications. This review will include a demonstration of the access process and protocols to submit subsurface permit applications through the ePermitting platform. The webinar will be recorded and posted for later viewing. DEP encourages those attending the webinar to visit the Oil and Gas ePermitting webpage for more background on this system.
