The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the December 19 PA Bulletin it has issued a Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the National Fuel Gas FM 100 natural gas pipeline project through Cameron, Clearfield, Clinton, Elk, McKean and Potter Counties.  (PA Bulletin page 7246)

The proposed project would be 29.5 miles long and install 20, 24 and 12 inch pipelines.

The applicant also proposed to abandon in-place approximately 44.9 miles of 12-inch diameter steel natural gas pipeline and appurtenant facilities in various municipalities within Cameron County, Clearfield County, Elk County and Potter County.

Any person aggrieved by this action may file a petition for review pursuant to Section 19(d) of the Federal Natural Gas Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 717r(d), with the Office of the Clerk, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, 21400 U.S. Courthouse, 601 Market Street, Phila- delphia, PA 19106-1790 as provided by law.
