Regulations -----------------------

No new regulations were published this week.  Pennsylvania Bulletin - January 2, 2021

Technical Guidance -------------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the January 2 PA Bulletin of new final Technical Guidance on Storage Tank System Variances. 

Permits ------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the January 2 PA Bulletin of a February 3 public hearing on the Soberdash Mining Reclamation Project in South Huntingdon Township, Westmoreland County starting at 10:00 a.m.. (PA Bulletin, page 79).

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notices in the January 2 PA Bulletin on--

-- Actions taken during the December 11 meeting

-- Notice of new water sources registered under the Grandfathering Provisions

-- Water Projects approved for consumptive uses in October

-- Water Projects approved for consumptive uses in November

-- Water Projects approved with minor modification in November
