Lake Erie-Allegheny Earth Force to Host Alternative Energy Educator Workshop

The Lake Erie-Allegheny Earth Force and the Department of Environmental Protection will hold a free educator workshop-- Introducing Alternative Energy-- on October 27 from Designed for middle and high school teachers, homeschoolers and non-formal educators, participants will explore alternative energy technologies, including solar, wind, hydrogen fuel cells and biofuels and learn about energy conservation for schools through presentations, hands-on activities and a field trip to observe alternative energy technology in action.
