Technical Guidance -------------------

The PA Housing Finance Agency is inviting comments on a proposed PA Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement Fund Plan funded by Act 13 drilling impact fees.  (formal notice)  (formal notice)

Permits ------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the January 9 PA Bulletin of conditional Section 401 Clean Water Act certification of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permits.

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the January 9 PA Bulletin inviting comments on proposed changes to the NPDES General Permit for Stormwater Associated with Mining Activities (BMP GP-104).  Comments are due February 8.
