No new regulations published this week.  Pennsylvania Bulletin - January 23, 2021

Technical Guidance -------------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the January 23 PA Bulletin of final technical guidance on Storage Tank Modification and Maintenance Issues.

The Public Utility Commission published notice in the January 23 PA Bulletin of amended Policy Statement on Diversity At Major Jurisdictional Utility Companies.

Permits ------------

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notices in the January 23 PA Bulletin on Grandfathered Water Withdrawal Registrations and water withdrawal projects approved in December.

The Department of Environmental Protection published notices in the January 23 PA Bulletin it approved changes to the Municipal Waste Management Plans for Cameron and Clinton Counties. (PA Bulletin page 499)
