Here are highlights of actions taken by agencies on environmental regulations, technical guidance and permits.

Regulations -----------------------

No new regulations were published this week.  Pennsylvania Bulletin - January 30, 2021

Technical Guidance -------------------

The Public Utility Commission published notice in the January 30 PA Bulletin inviting public comments on the Tentative Order outlining responsibilities for implementing Act 114 of 2020 limiting the geography area on all Tier II Alternative Energy Portfolio renewable energy credits to Pennsylvania.

Permits ------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the January 30 PA Bulletin it has issued a final General Plan Approval and General Operating Permit for certain Natural Gas-Fired Combined Heat and Power Facilities.

DEP published notice in the January 30 PA Bulletin of a Commonwealth Court decision extending the deadline for complying with certain provisions of the Oil and Gas Regulations.

The Fish and Boat Commission published notices in the January 30 PA Bulletin of additions to the list of Class A Wild Trout Waters and additions to the list of Wild Trout Streams.
