Regulations -----------------------

No new regulations were published this week.  Pennsylvania Bulletin - February 27, 2021

Technical Guidance -------------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the February 27 PA Bulletin of final technical guidance on Civil Penalty Assessments for Coal Mining Operations (DEP ID: 562-4180-306).

Permits ------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the February 27 PA Bulletin on proposed 2021 ozone season nitrogen oxide limits for nonelectric generating units. Comments are due March 15.

DEP published notice in the February 27 PA Bulletin on proposed revisions to the State Air Quality Implementation Plan related to Reasonably Available Control Technology to meet 2008 8-Hour National Ambient Air Quality Standards on behalf of the City of Philadelphia.  A virtual hearing will be held by Philadelphia on April 9, if requested.  Comments are due March 29.
