Interns Wanted: Trout Unlimited; Alliance For Watershed Education Of The Delaware River

The Alliance For Watershed Education Of The Delaware River and Trout Unlimited are looking for summer interns.  Here are the details--

Summer Watershed Fellows

The Alliance for Watershed Education of the Delaware River, is seeking candidates for Delaware River Watershed Fellow positions in each of the 23 participating environmental education centers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

Each Center will have its own job description and duties.

The Delaware River Watershed Fellow will serve as an ambassador for the Delaware River watershed by engaging the watershed community, emphasizing the importance of watershed stewardship and helping to reach and engage new and underserved audiences.

By the end of the 12 weeks of service, the Watershed Fellow will have become local watershed experts and ambassadors to their community and will have introduced many new people to their local trail(s) and waterways, as well as the steps they can take to help restore and protect the larger Delaware River Watershed.

Individuals must be age 18 or older and be available for a June 1 start date.  Click Here for profiles of individuals who participated in the program in previous years.

Trout Unlimited Biological Field Intern

Trout Unlimited is seeking qualified candidates for a Biological Field Intern as part of the PA Coldwater Habitat Restoration Program based in Lock Haven.

The position will report directly to the Lead Science Advisor and will be responsible for assisting TU’s field staff with data collection, data entry, and other day-to-day tasks.
