Permits ------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the March 27 PA Bulletin announcing the availability of an NPDES General Permit for Stormwater Associated with Mining Activities.

DEP published notice in the March 27 PA Bulletin of federal consistency under the Coastal Zone Management Act of the Desert Diamond 34 Redevelopment Project on Piers 34 & 35  in Philadelphia.

DEP published notice in the March 27 PA Bulletin of federal consistency under the Coastal Zone Management Act of the U.S. Army Corps Of Engineers Erie Harbor Maintenance Dredging.
