The Environmental Quality Board is scheduled to hold a virtual meeting April 20 to consider a package of proposed stream resignations and a report on a rulemaking petition to redesignate a tributary to Whetstone Run in Delaware County.  Read more here.

Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice in the April 10 PA Bulletin of proposed changes to regulations related to groundwater withdrawals and grandfathered water resources.

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the April 10 PA Bulletin of final technical guidance for Closure Requirements for Aboveground Storage Tank Systems.

The Department of Community and Economic Development published notice in the April 10 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a proposed Weatherization Assistance program and scheduling a public hearing.
