Here are highlights of actions taken by agencies on environmental regulations, technical guidance and permits.

Regulations -----------------------

The Environmental Quality Board published notice in the May 1 PA Bulletin it has approved a recommendation for no change in the current stream designation for Whetstone Run in Delaware County.

The Fish and Boat Commission published notices in the May 1 PA Bulletin of changes to the list of Class A Wild Trout Waters and classifications and additions of certain Wild Trout Streams.

Technical Guidance -------------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the May 1 PA Bulletin of the rescission of Technical Guidance related to DEP Mercury Acceptance, Collection, Transport, Storage and Disposal (ER-2010-0003).

Permits ------------

The Environmental Hearing Board published notice in the May 1 PA Bulletin the Horsham Air Guard Station has appealed the issuance of an NPDES Water Quality permit containing PFAS contamination limits for the facility located in Montgomery County [EHB Doc. No. 2021-041-L  Search].  Read more here.
